The Capital Markets Group is responsible for establishing transaction parameters and guidelines for all RECM Client transactions. Unlike many business-to-business service providers, all RECM facilitated transactions are structured as standardized hybrid financings combing both debt and equity components, thus providing RECM institutional investors with dual benefits and minimal risk. The Groups primary role includes the implementation of firm-wide risk management procedures. The Group identifies institutional investor criteria prior to the structuring of all hybrid asset-backed instruments.

The Groups structured products provide institutional investors access to global investment opportunities aimed at maximizing long-term value, while minimizing risk. Credit enhancement techniques and structured finance methods are utilized to offset typical risk normally associated with large-scale commercial real estate transactions.

The Group applies standardized underwriting through intensive due diligence to ensure that all RECM Client transactions meet performance targets as well as institutional pricing and structure requirements.
