The Portfolio Community product enables the local population to participate in ownership in the form of shareholder interest. Essentially, each shareholder will own shares of the portfolio that holds title to 100% of the retail/commercial property as well as the residential properties in the planned community. This is a cost effective alternative to the traditional individual ownership process currently in place in most developed countries. The communities will include residential housing, schools, retail and other commercial real estate products.
