The Onsite Risk Management teams establish onsite facilities for the duration of the project to ensure the achievement of stated project goals and objectives. The team seeks to optimize the allocation and integration of capital, personnel, communication, space and provisions to meet pre-defined objectives in the most efficient and timely manner. The Risk Management Group will work closely with the Investment Management "Lock-Box" Group.
